Your team can upload documents directly through the admin portal at any time — no involvement from us needed. On the retainer we handle this for you.
Who pays the cloud infrastructure bill?
You do, directly to AWS or Azure. It goes to your account. We never see it and it has nothing to do with our fees. Typically £150–250/month plus approximately 1–2p per conversation.
Is the £5,000 genuinely fixed or will it creep?
It's fixed. The scope is defined on day one. If something is genuinely out of scope we'll tell you before we do it, not after. No surprise invoices.
What if we don't have AWS or Azure today?
We can set up a new cloud account as part of the engagement. Both AWS and Azure have free tiers and it takes about 30 minutes to get an account ready. We'll walk you through it.
What happens if we cancel the retainer?
Nothing happens to Pronto. It keeps running. You just manage it yourselves from that point. No lock-in, no kill switch, no data held hostage.
Can we see it working before we commit?
