Every Pronto deployment follows the same proven process. Fixed scope, fixed price, no surprises. Here's exactly what happens on each day.

The process

01
Day 1

Discovery

We spend day one understanding your knowledge landscape and your technical setup. No assumptions, no templates — we map what you actually have.

  • —Inventory of your document sources — PDFs, Word docs, web pages, internal wikis
  • —Agree deployment target: AWS or Azure
  • —Configure identity provider: Microsoft, Google, or any OIDC-compatible system
  • —Define access: who can chat, who can manage the knowledge base
  • —Set Pronto's character — its name in your deployment, its tone, any constraints

Day 2

Setup

Infrastructure provisioned in your cloud account. Everything deployed, secured, and connected to your identity provider. By end of day two your team can log in and see it running.

  • —Chat UI live at your chosen domain
  • —Admin portal accessible to your team
  • —Your existing login system wired in — no new passwords
  • —No documents yet — but the system is live and waiting

Day 3

Ingest

Your documents go in. Pronto reads them, understands them, and indexes them. By end of day three it's answering real questions from your actual content.

  • —Automated chunking, embedding, and indexing
  • —First real questions tested — we verify retrieval quality
  • —Identify any gaps in the knowledge base
  • —Your team can add more documents at any time after this

Days 4–5

Test and go live

UAT with your team. We tune the responses based on your feedback. Then we point your domain, hand over the keys, and walk you through everything.

  • —Fine-tuning based on feedback — tone, scope, edge cases
  • —Domain pointed, HTTPS confirmed
  • —Full handover documentation delivered
  • —Retainer agreement signed if wanted — or you're fully independent

After go-live

You own it. We're available if you need us.

Pronto is handed over to you completely. Your IT team can manage it, update it, and add documents independently. The optional retainer is there if you want us involved.

Without retainer
Full documentation. Your team manages everything. You add documents via the admin portal. Updates are available but self-applied.
With retainer — £500/month
We handle model and security updates, monitor usage, ingest new documents on request, and review answer quality monthly. Cancel anytime.
